The Clearwater on Lake Murray subdivision consists of 140 homes including 28 patio homes in Shelter Cove. Amenities include tennis courts, a gazebo and boat dock, and a boat storage area.

We have a Homeowners' Association with Bylaws, Covenants, and Common Water Area Facilities (CWAF) Rules and Regulations. These documents can be downloaded and printed from the Forms page.

The Annual Homeowner's Assessment for 2026 will be $462 per resident.

This fee is a one-time payment of $462 due by January 31, 2026.

The assessment can be paid at the Annual HOA Meeting or by mailing payment to PO Box 128 Ballentine, SC 29002.
