The Clearwater on Lake Murray subdivision consists of 140 homes including 28 patio homes in Shelter Cove. Amenities include tennis courts, a gazebo and boat dock, and a boat storage area.

We have a Homeowners' Association with Bylaws, Covenants, and Common Water Area Facilities (CWAF) Rules and Regulations. These documents can be downloaded and printed from the Forms page.

The Annual Regime Fee for 2025 will be $462 per resident.

This fee is a one-time payment of $462 due by January 31, 2025.

The regime fee can be paid at the Annual HOA Meeting or by mailing payment to PO Box 128 Ballentine, SC 29002.

 

We are fortunate to have an active neighborhood association filled with many long term residents that range in different backgrounds and ages. In short, Clearwater on Lake Murray - Shelter Cove is a great community to live and raise a family!

All members of the Board and Committees are volunteers supporting the Clearwater - Shelter Cove Home Owners Association outlined in the By-Laws. The content in this site is provided as is and does not replace any actual official documents.

The primary activity of the Board and Committees is to implement the provisions outlined in Declarations and By Laws. In addition the HOA provides oversight to potential violations of other Articles of the Declaration, such as failure to maintain the exterior of the house or landscaping and the payment of regime fees.
